My research into "wellness" has been quite illuminating. The wellness industry is predominately female. This isn't a surprise. Women see a need in their lives and go for it. Of course there is wellness bashing- mostly by big pharma and big corporations run by men.

During No No November do what nourishes you. For each person that will be different. For me- it's yoga and walking my dog. I also need to "slow down my yes". I say "yes" to things that should make me feel good but end up making me feel stressed because there are only so many hours in a day.

On my bucket list is a trip to Ireland. Sadly Ireland is not on my calendar. The next best thing is to treat myself to a seaweed spa day right at home. It takes a bit of time, planning and bathroom cleaning- but I'm worth it and so are you! Give yourself the gift of you.
