Great product. Very moisturizing.

Long-time favorite

I have been using Sweet Melissa shampoo bar for over 6 years. I have sampled other bar shampoos and have used other people's shampoo when visiting, and those tiny breaks remind me how much I appreciate the way this bar shampoo cleans and makes my hair feel all day long. Excellent product!

I’m not sure what I think. This is the 1st shampoo/conditioner I’ve purchased in bar form. (Also purchased herb infused vinegar & the oil for damaged hair). Immediately, my hair seemed thicker & curlier. Then it began to feel dry, but the oil was too much. Then, one week in my scalp felt great, but my hair was incredibly dry. After searching web, unsuccessfully, for how “transitioning” progresses for white girl curls, I got up at 3 am, made a mask of avocado, eggs, & olive oil, & applied it to my hair. That helped. Unfortunately, later that day I developed a sore throat & 5 days later am still sick w/allergies or cold. Day after mask I reverted to my traditional shampoo, conditioner, & primer. I would love to try again, but need step-by-step guide about what will happen & advice about how to endure.

I really like the way that my hair feels after using the Sweet Melissa shampoo bar. Every few weeks, I use an apple cider rinse to balance. My hair looks great and I'm buying one less thing in a plastic bottle.

My hair feels so clean, and I love that the shampoo bars are eco-friendly!
