Curio works to create lasting and meaningful relationships with their farmers as well as builds a strong community around them. We were drawn to these spices first because of the gorgeous packaging, since we eat first with our eyes. Curio spices are more than pretty packaging; they are artfully blended and totally delicious!!!
Supeq Spice: Spicy and Unami Seaweed Salt- A powerhouse blend of unami goodness. The best part of this blend (besides how awesome it tastes) is that all ingredients are sourced from New England farms and harvesters!!!! Add Supeq to everything from eggs to salad, pasta, or popcorn.

Fleur Spice- A light and bright blend of floral and peppery spice. Fabulous sprinkled on salmon, mixed with goat cheese, or even added to your morning yogurt and fruit!
Ingredients: Hibiscus, pink pepper, anise, fennel, rose petals, coriander, spearmint, cardamon, lavender, ylang-ylang. Note: allergy warning- the hibiscus is inter-cropped with peanuts
Kampot & Salt- Kampot is a wild Cambodian peppercorn that was re-discovered in the wilds after the pepper industry in Cambodia was destroyed by the Khmer Rouge. This blend is a wonderful tangy and zesty salt; perfect to pair with salads, salsa, or sprinkled over vegetables to add a zesty kick.

EDO Spice- A blend of everything wonderful: seaweeds, citrus, sesame, pepper, and pickled cherry blossom. It's hard to think of something better. Sprinkle on veggies, add to rice and noodle dishes, and add some depth and spice to all your meals.

Kozani Spice- I love anything and everything saffron. I even named my dog after it, so I love this versatile Greek-inspired spice. Fresh and bright with fennel and lemon peel; there are also deeper notes of oregano and sage and of course, the Greek saffron. YUMMM!!!! Add it to everything, sprinkle over roast veggies or add to a rub for roast chicken.
